Powerhouse in Play: Ceriann Smith Named Managing Director at Playtime PR

We’ve got a brilliant update to share from Playtime HQ: the incredible Ceriann Smith is now officially our Managing Director.

If you know Playtime, you’ve probably already felt Ceriann’s influence. Since 2016, she has been one of the driving forces behind our strategy, creativity and culture. She has shaped the work we do and how we do it. She’s the kind of leader who brings both big-picture thinking and meaningful detail to everything she touches, whether that’s crafting bold campaigns or guiding our team with clarity, kindness and a touch of mischief.

Her promotion reflects the leadership role she has already been playing behind the scenes. From helping us achieve B Corp™ certification to leading game-changing campaigns for brands like WOW! Stuff, Epoch Making Toys and Moose Toys, she has proven her ability time and again. She’s not just smart. She’s strategic, collaborative and fiercely committed to making lives more playful.

In her new role, Ceriann will focus on client delivery, team development and the continued evolution of our services. She will co-lead the agency alongside Playtime’s founder, Lesley Singleton, who remains focused on operations, finance and long-term planning. It’s a partnership built on mutual respect, complementary strengths and a shared love of doing brilliant work with brilliant people.
